The three modifications are:
1) In levels, a few 'lives' collectibles have been added and the current number of lives has been added. This collectible is in the form of a bright green pill put randomly in the levels.

2) The UI has been changed drastically.

3) A counter of enemies to defeat and enemies defeated has been added.
